Promotional Terms & conditions - "Wheel of Fortune" at Gangnam Chicken The Hague

1. Organization

This promotion is organized by Gangnam Holding B.V., located at (1054DX) Amsterdam.

2. Participation

Participation is only possible for customers who place an order at the Gangnam Chicken The Hague restaurant.

After completing their order, the participant may spin the Wheel of Fortune once.

Participation is only permitted for individuals aged 16 or older.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs as long as the Wheel of Fortune is present in the restaurant, or until Gangnam Chicken decides otherwise.

4. Prizes

The wheel contains various prizes, including Gangnam Chicken products such as chicken dishes, drinks, and side dishes.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher, valid until December 31, 2025, after which it can no longer be redeemed.

5. Liability

Gangnam Chicken is not liable for any printing, typing, or system errors, or for technical malfunctions during the promotion.

The participant acknowledges that participation in this promotion is at their own risk.

Gangnam Chicken, its agents, and/or third parties engaged by it are not liable for any damages arising from or in any way connected to the promotion and/or the prizes provided by Gangnam Chicken.

6. Other Provisions

By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Gangnam Chicken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances require it.

In cases not covered by these terms, Gangnam Chicken The Hague will decide.
